Our personal consultations will help provide you with a better understanding of your body. Together we will develop a plan which will incorporate organic foods and herbs. This will be the foundation to promoting a natural and healthy lifestyle. Chronic medical conditions such as cancer, high blood pressure and other illnesses will be required to go through the initial consultation process.
The initial discussion will focus on your individual questions, concerns, diet, current supplements, medications, personal health and goals. A follow-up consultation is included.
